The apprentices of the Surgical Instrumentation Course of the Professional Training Center of the Board of Charity of Guayaquil are about to complete a key stage in their training. This month they conclude their practical process and, in the next stage, they will receive their official certification.
During their training, they have acquired technical skills in operating room preparation, instrument handling, support for the medical team during surgeries, sterilization control and biosafety standards, as well as teamwork skills, responsibility and professional ethics. With this achievement, they will consolidate themselves as the Third Cohort of Surgical Instrument Technicians, professionals prepared to contribute with a vocation for service, ethics and technical excellence to the field of health.
